Better Start Tuition is a growing education company providing high-quality, small-group tuition in Maths, English, Coding, and more. We are seeking an ambitious

Marketing Officer

to support a rapid growth in new centre openings.

This post will involve working across South Wales implementing our marketing plan - your own transport is essential for the role.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives while building a successful career, with the potential for the post to become permanent. Reporting to the Directors, you will work to clear sales and enrolment targets, developing and delivering campaigns that showcase the Better Start difference.

Key responsibilities include:

Implementing our new centre launch plan for each centre opening. Developing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels. Building partnerships with schools and community groups. Using our CRM system to track leads, conversions, and pipeline progress. Collaborating with an external social media/marketing agency.
We are looking for a motivated professional with proven sales and marketing experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 27,500.00 per year

Work Location: In person
