Marketing Officer

to support a rapid growth in new centre openings.

This post will involve working across South Wales implementing our marketing plan - your own transport is essential for the role.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives while building a successful career, with the potential for the post to become permanent. Reporting to the Directors, you will work to clear sales and enrolment targets, developing and delivering campaigns that showcase the Better Start difference.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels. Building partnerships with schools and community groups. Using our CRM system to track leads, conversions, and pipeline progress. Collaborating with an external social media/marketing agency. Cold call and book free workshop activity days in schools Manage scheduling and delivery of workshop activity days Manage business referral programme Visit local businesses to engage with them on supporting us as affiliates
We are looking for a forward looking and motivated professional looking to advance in a sales/marketing career. There will be significant opportunities for advancement as the company grows.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
