We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Officer to join our small team.
You'll play a key role in driving brand awareness and engagement across our marketing channels.
From executing paid campaigns to crafting compelling content, you'll be hands-on in bringing our marketing strategy to life working in a a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media:
Develop monthly content calendars and create engaging, on-brand content for multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok including images, videos, reels, captions, and hashtags).
o Drive growth in followers and engagement through consistent and strategic content tailored to each platform.
o Publish monthly blog articles our website
Campaign Execution & Performance Monitoring:
o Assist with planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across organic, paid search and social media
o Monitor, analyse, and report on digital campaign performance using tools, providing insights to enhance future activity.
. Shopify Be proficient in the use and management of Shopify
Website Management:
o Assist with producing engaging content across our sites
o Assist with the updating of the company's website ensuring all content is current and aligned with SEO best practices.
Marketing Support & Collaboration:
o Contribute to the development of marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, leaflets, and promotional materials. .
Strategic Input & Trend Awareness:
o Stay informed of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, applying new insights to enhance digital presence and campaign effectiveness.
o Support CRM and customer journey strategies, contributing to audience segmentation and targeted communications.
o Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform SEO strategy and paid media planning
Essential Criteria -
1. Minimum three years' work experience, with a clear and proven track record in developing and implementing digital marketing content and campaigns.
2. Must be a strong communicator.
3. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and adhere to deadlines.
5. IT literate with strong graphic design skills
6. Previous experience of working in a similar role within the FMCG/Retail industry.
7. Experience of graphic design packages such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
