We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales across various channels. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage campaigns, optimize performance, and contribute to our overall marketing objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIFICATIONS
Relevant Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management.
Level 2 (working towards or willing to work towards Level3) or equivalent diploma
qualification (e.g. project, business, management or health and social care, or relevant
equivalent work experience in these fields of work).
UK Valid Driver Licence and own vehicle.
Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development.
Good standard of basic education, demonstrating numeracy and literacy.
Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications plans.
Manage projects and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Create compelling content and develop marketing materials.
Provide brand guidance to ensure consistency and clarity.
Support the promotion of products, services, and sector-wide initiatives.
Develop, monitor, respond, post across, report on and create campaigns for our social
channels in line with the social media strategy.
Proven experience in a marketing or communications role and strong content
development skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities and proactive mindset and
attention to detail.
An interest in or understanding of the adult social care sector (desirable).
