Correla are looking for a Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager to join our Marketing team.

Salary: circa 70,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About the Role

Build and maintain the marketing tech stack, ensuring tools are effectively integrated and aligned to team needs (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms). Design and implement scalable systems and processes to support campaign planning, execution, and measurement. Manage data quality and governance, including contact hygiene, segmentation logic, and lead lifecycle tracking. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into campaign performance, marketing KPIs, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and RevOps to ensure smooth lead handoffs, accurate attribution, and alignment on goals. Support campaign execution by ensuring correct tracking, UTM structure, and reporting mechanisms are in place. Conduct performance analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and recommend optimizations for programs and processes. Drive operational efficiency by identifying gaps, automating workflows, and implementing best practices across the team.

About You

Demonstrable experience in marketing ops or RevOps, ideally in B2B/SaaS Deep understanding of HubSpot Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data tools Process improvement experience and ability to build from scratch
