Join a Growing Industrial Tech Startup!

We're a new and growing industrial technology startup based in Norfolk, developing and supplying equipment and robotics across the UK. We're looking for someone practical, motivated, and keen to get stuck in.

This role is hands-on and varied. One day you might be posting on LinkedIn, the next helping with customer orders or putting together a product video. It's ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things and wants to grow with a business rather than just clock in and out.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Sales Support

Answer customer enquiries in a clear and friendly way
Process orders, keep records up to date, and arrange deliveries
Provide simple aftersales support and follow-ups

Marketing & Growth

Post updates and content on LinkedIn to promote the business
Create straightforward brochures, proposals, and marketing content using tools like Canva
Make and edit short product videos for our website, YouTube, and ads
Help keep our online store and campaigns updated
Suggest new ideas to attract and keep customers

Operations & Admin

Organise order paperwork and keep things tidy
Help with packing and shipping when needed
Support improvements to how we work as the business grows

What We're Looking For

Someone motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Good communication and organisational skills
Comfortable using a computer (Word, Excel, email, online tools)
A bit of creativity - able to make simple designs (Canva/Photoshop) and basic video edits
Happy to switch between desk work and practical tasks
Previous experience is useful, but the right attitude is far more important

The Ideal Candidate

This isn't a routine nine-to-five. We're looking for someone who will take ownership, put forward ideas, and enjoy being part of building a business from the ground up. If you're ambitious, adaptable, and ready to learn, we'd like to hear from you.

A Note for Applicants

We know this role covers a lot of different tasks, and we don't expect anyone to know everything on day one. The most important thing is attitude. If you're willing to learn and keen to get involved, we'll support you to pick up the skills along the way.

Monday - Friday 9:30 - 6pm

Our Company Culture:

Each morning we develop ourselves with a daily morning meeting and then 3S (sort, sweep, standardise).

As part of our Lean Journey, each team member is required to make one improvement daily to eliminate waste and increase efficiency , If you want a place where your voice is heard and your ideas are implemented, this is the place for you.

We do not have a cleaning staff - each team member (including the company owner) is responsible to clean all aspects of our facility (including the break room and toilets) weekly. Our facility, especially our toilets and break room is spotless - every minute!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00 per year
