Redditch (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, Mon & Fri WFH)

Rossano Ferretti Parma, a luxury Italian haircare brand, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Assistant to support both the marketing and operational teams of our business. This hybrid role covers order management, logistics, and customer care alongside digital marketing, website management, and CRM. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident working with digital tools, and enjoys contributing to smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

Upload and maintain website content (WordPress/WooCommerce) Support newsletter scheduling in Mailchimp Manage automated email workflows and customer journeys Assist with social scheduling and community management Liaise with our international salon network Generate reports to track campaign and sales performance Check site performance regularly Perform daily order checks, stock monitoring, monthly stock takes, and packaging control Handle order enquiries and liaise with warehouses Support with logistics, suppliers, and shipping partners for timely deliveries Manage customer care enquiries professionally and proactively Oversee office and stock supplies Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting and provide bookkeeping support

About You

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Highly organised, detail-driven, able to multi-task Skilled with MS Office and cloud collaboration tools (SharePoint) Comfortable with CMS (WordPress/WooCommerce) Customer service experience preferred Familiarity with email marketing (Mailchimp), CRM (Metorik), and social scheduling tools a plus (training provided) Stock management and data analysis experience an advantage Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive problem-solver, and collaborative
