Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Operations Associate to join our growing health supplement company. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about e-commerce operations and digital systems. You will work alongside an experienced team to maintain and enhance our online platforms, automate processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Duties

Technical Operations

Maintain and improve automated workflows for order processing Configure and optimise settings across our e-commerce platforms Assist with the implementation and maintenance of code integrations (e.g., for APIs, Shopify, email tools) Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Data and Communication Management

Manage customer email lists and automated marketing/email sequences Ensure accuracy of customer data and compliance with GDPR Support B2B order processes and ensure timely fulfilment Monitor and maintain stock levels with automated restocking alerts

Daily Operational Support

Monitor e-commerce platform performance and report anomalies Support the customer service and order fulfilment teams when needed Maintain technical documentation, workflows, and SOPs

Experience

Proven experience in a marketing role (at least 1 year) Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and their role in marketing strategies. Familiarity with Shopify for order management is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Proficient in analysing data and using insights to drive marketing decisions.
