Marketing Operations Executive

The Purpose:
The Marketing Operations Executive will support the Head of Marketing Operations in driving efficiency, structure, and transparency across Manchester United's marketing department.
This role will manage the day-to-day coordination of marketing projects, tracking progress across all verticals -- including brand & consumer marketing, production, live events, CRM, creative, sponsorship sales and influencer marketing. They will maintain the department's project pipeline, support budget and supplier governance, and ensure every team is working in alignment with agreed processes and priorities.
The Marketing Operations Executive will be the operational link between planning and delivery -- helping teams stay on track, ensuring clear communication between departments, and supporting the smooth running of marketing activities across the department.
They will also play a key role in identifying and supporting the adoption of new technologies--including AI-powered tools and automation platforms--that can enhance marketing workflows, improve decision-making, and unlock new creative and operational capabilities.
