Job Overview:



The

Marketing Operations Manager

will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing marketing processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the marketing department. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies, manage marketing systems, and support Mountenna Tech's overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, data analysis, campaign execution, and a passion for driving results through streamlined operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns. Oversee the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, digital marketing, and product launches. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

Marketing Technology & Automation:

Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools). Implement automation tools to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and reporting processes. Ensure proper integration of marketing tools with other company systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs).

Data & Analytics:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates, ROI). Analyze data to identify trends, optimize marketing activities, and improve campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to improve marketing effectiveness.

Lead Management:

Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality and ensure smooth handoffs. Implement processes to track and manage leads from acquisition through to conversion. Work with the sales team to define lead scoring and qualification criteria.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives. Support product launches by coordinating marketing activities across teams. Provide ongoing support to the marketing team in executing strategic initiatives.

Budgeting & Resource Allocation:

Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns. Track marketing spend and performance to optimize future investments.

Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in marketing workflows, and propose solutions. Develop and document best practices for marketing operations.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a similar role. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Experience with CRM systems and integration tools. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in the tech or telecommunications industry. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices. Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
