As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised, marketing-savvy and commercially minded individual to support our Director in day-to-day operations and business development.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on, hybrid role that combines
marketing operations

executive assistance
, and
business development support
. You will work directly with the Director, acting as a key point of contact for internal matters, marketing activities and client communication.
Ideal for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong marketing acumen, and a passion for helping small businesses grow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Operations Support
Act as first point of contact for the Director, managing inbox, scheduling calls/meetings and preparing agendas
Prioritise and respond to emails and messages on behalf of the Director where appropriate
Assist in managing client onboarding and internal follow-up processes
Ensure smooth coordination across admin, finance, and marketing teams
2. Marketing & Communications
Implement marketing plans across digital channels (email, LinkedIn, website, SEO, social media)
Coordinate with designers and content writers to produce marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, email templates)
Manage and update the company website and Google Business Profile
Support campaign planning and execution via Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta etc.
Draft client-facing newsletters and manage monthly marketing calendars
3. Client Engagement & Follow-Up
Join marketing/sales calls with the Director, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects
Assist in preparing client proposals and service brochures
Maintain CRM system with leads, follow-ups, and campaign tracking
4. Business Development Support
Conduct research on potential client sectors and identify new opportunities
Help nurture relationships with professional contacts, partners and referral sources
Provide basic admin support around tenders, RFPs, and new service rollouts
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Attributes:
2-4 years' experience in marketing, business operations or executive assistant roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
Good understanding of Marketing and digital marketing
Confident in client-facing situations and follow-up communications
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Desirable:
Experience in a professional services or financial/accounting setting
Familiarity with CRM systems
Experience supporting a business owner or senior director
