40,000 - 45,000 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Operations Manager of transformation to join our Marketing team on a 12 month fixed term contract. As a Marketing Operations Manager of transformation, you are the go-to person for developing and delivering all the customer communications for our transformation project. You will be right at home creating and delivering the transformation customer communications plan and will love getting stuck in writing all the customer letters, emails, and other important things our customers need to ensure they have a great 'transformation' experience

What the role will look like:




Customer-Focused Transformation Communications





Develop and deliver all customer communications needed for transformation initiatives (e.g. product changes, retention, digital transformation) across email, SMS, mail, in-app, and web platforms. Shape messaging that builds confidence and clarity for customers, supporting a smooth transition and positive experience. Ensure content is personalised, insight-driven, and sensitive to customer needs at every stage of transformation.


Platform Adoption & Activation Strategy





Build and lead the activation approach that encourages customer uptake and sustained usage of the new platform. Develop messaging frameworks, onboarding guides, and nudges that drive awareness, engagement, and platform confidence. Measure adoption KPIs and feedback to continuously refine the activation strategy. Report on communication metrics highlight channels which are working well and driving adoption and which areas which need to be improved.

Data/Permissions Management and approval





Ensure customer data quality and segmentation accuracy in all transformation communications to support targeted, compliant communications. Maintain channel-specific permissions and align all usage with data protection regulations. Ensure all communications are approved by appropriate stakeholders both within transformation programme and in wider business such as Compliance.


Performance & Insight





Maintain dashboards to monitor communications performance, and customer sentiment around transformation. Surface actionable insights that improve messaging and customer engagement.

What you will bring to the role:



Demonstrable experience in creating and managing customer-facing regulatory communications across multiple channels Experience leading activation strategies for platform or product adoption during transformation A great copywriter who can create clear, impactful customer communications with strong call to actions for all transformation activities. Strong analytical abilities, with experience interpreting campaign and adoption data to inform strategy Organised and detailed, with capacity to juggle project demands and creating all customer communications Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools like Monday.com and design software like Adobe Creative Suite (preferred) Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent; CIM Level 4 Certificate or similar (preferred)
