Summary of job purpose
We're looking for a versatile, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Programs Manager to join our global B2B marketing team. This new role will sit at the heart of our marketing function and is key to supporting the strategic execution of marketing initiatives across Quotient Sciences.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, is comfortable switching between operational detail and creative execution, and wants to play a critical role in scaling an ambitious marketing function.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Marketing Operations
Managing systems, processes, reporting, and tools to ensure efficient and data-driven marketing execution. Ensure marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations are streamlined and scalable (Salesforce and Pardot).
Develop and maintain campaign performance dashboards and regular marketing reports for senior level internal meetings.
Manage the tracking of leads and opportunities to ensure marketing activities and performance metrics are accurately tracked.
Work with the wider teams to improve data hygiene.
Serve as the go-to expert for marketing systems, collaborating with digital, events, and commercial teams.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
Campaign & Program Management
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Coordinate cross-functional marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines, assets, and execution plans are aligned.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including the subject matter experts and digital and events teams to support integrated campaign execution.
Support sales enablement efforts by aligning campaign materials with business development needs.
Digital Marketing
Support the digital team in the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including paid media e.g. PPC, display, landing page set up, tracking and performance monitoring
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign tagging is accurate and help implement testing and optimisation initiative.
General Marketing Support
Lead or support specific marketing initiatives (e.g., content refreshes, new tool rollouts, customer engagement projects).
Act as a flexible resource to support the broader team during peak activity periods e.g. through assisting with copywriting and content development for emails, landing pages, and internal communications.
Qualifications and Experience Required for Competent Performance
4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a marketing operations or campaign/project management role.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with marketing and sales data.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Confident written communicator; capable of developing and editing marketing copy.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across functions and supporting a global business.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a similar field.
Results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well in a fast-paced, changing environment.
