We're looking for dedicated students who share our passion for ground-breaking technology and want to create a lasting future for you and Snowflake.Snowflake is seeking a dynamic and motivated marketing intern to join our dynamic Marketing team primarily focusing on lead routing and campaign analysis. This role is designed for a detailed-oriented individual looking for exposure to B2B Marketing Operations.


Who is eager to learn the fundamentals of lead management and sales processes. As an intern, you will assist in managing and documenting the flow of sales leads by distributing them to the appropriate sales teams or representatives, data flow mapping, and identifying potential optimization opportunities contributing to the success of our lead routing initiatives for Marketing.

WHAT WE EXPECT :

Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship Desired Class Level: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program Desired degree: Business, Marketing, Analytics or a related field. Required coursework: Strong interest in automation, data analysis, marketing campaign management. Recommended coursework: Basic understanding of the foundations of Marketing Operations. Bonus Experience:

+ Can prove the ability to work with data to retrieve meaningful insights that drive business outcomes
+ Experience with Marketing tools (e.g Marketo, Salesforce,) is advantageous but not required
+ Proficiency in documenting technical processes and workflows.
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
+ Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN / GAIN :

Follow procedures to normalise and fill-in missing data Establish relationships between individual lead records (people) and account records (companies) Summarise trends in data quality and completion for operations teams to improve upstream data quality Ensure that lead information is accurately entered and maintained in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g Salesforce). Learn and become proficient in multiple technologies within martech Gain an understanding of data flows within a marketing operations environment.

POSSIBLE TEAMS / WORK FOCUS AREAS :

Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to analyze and document the data flows and lead routing. Review high volume of inbound lead data to understand the journey lead journey. Identify opportunities for optimisation and analysis on the full lead journey. Create comprehensive documentation for workflows.
