Marketing Performance & Digital Coordination Manager
Reports to: Directors
Location: Head Office, Mold CH7 1JR
Salary Range: 32,000 - 42,000 per annum
1. Job Purpose
The Marketing Performance & Digital Coordination Manager is responsible for aligning and coordinating all digital marketing activity to ensure it is effective, efficient, and measurable. This includes managing relationships with external marketing partners such as the PPC agency, web developers, and website management providers.
The role ensures the company and its franchises maximise lead generation, track performance accurately, and continuously improve marketing ROI.
2. Key Responsibilities
Digital Agency & Supplier Management
Act as the main point of contact for PPC, web development, and website maintenance agencies.
Coordinate priorities, briefs, performance reviews, and deliverables.
Monitor agency output to ensure work is timely and results-driven.
Website & PPC Oversight
Oversee website updates, optimisation, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), UX (User Experience), SEO, and functionality.
Review PPC campaign performance, budgets, targeting, and results.
Collaborate with agencies on performance improvements and lead quality.
Social Media & LinkedIn Management
Manage social media channels and LinkedIn across franchises.
Create or coordinate high-quality content and campaigns.
Track engagement, growth, and impact on lead generation.
Lead Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate tracking of all inbound leads across channels.
Analyse lead performance, cost-per-lead, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
Implement feedback loops with franchisees, ensuring full visibility of lead outcomes.
Marketing Operations & Continuous Improvement
Ensure all marketing activities align and deliver maximum value.
Maintain and improve CRM/lead tracking tools.
Audit digital performance and present recommendations to leadership.
Support franchises with local marketing guidance and compliance with brand standards.
3. Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Strong digital marketing background (PPC, SEO, analytics, social).
Experience working with agencies or external suppliers.
Strong analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data.
Confident using CRM tools, Google Analytics, PPC dashboards, and reporting tools.
Excellent organisation, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Experience in photography would be advantageous
