We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing, PR & Communications Executive to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, supporting product launches, enhancing internal and external communications, and driving brand visibility. The role requires a blend of creativity, digital marketing skills, media awareness, and strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality content, PR support, and marketing assets.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) to support product awareness and lead generation.
- Product Launch Support: Support the VP of Product Marketing in launching new products, coordinating promotional efforts, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing platforms.
- Content Creation & Creative Design: Develop marketing collateral, including website content, presentations (PowerPoint), social media content, internal communications, newsletters, and email campaigns. Experience in creative design to enhance visual appeal and consistency across all materials.
- Website Maintenance: Maintain and update website pages and landing pages, ensuring the site remains current, functional, and aligned with branding. Proficiency in web design tools and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- LinkedIn & Social Media Management: Manage and optimize the company's LinkedIn and other social media platforms by creating engaging posts, promoting content, and responding to inquiries, with a goal of expanding brand visibility and engagement.
- PR & Media Relations: Act as the liaison between Inventus and its PR agency. Support the development and distribution of press releases, media pitches, award entries, and media tracking. Coordinate interviews, media requests, and press opportunities.
- Internal Communications: Support the development of internal newsletters, announcements, and communications that enhance employee engagement and company culture.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to understand customer trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. Provide insights that inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, helping to elevate the company's voice and visibility in the market.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing, PR, and communications initiatives, using analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Support, and HR teams to align marketing and communications efforts with business goals, driving integrated campaigns and messaging.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing marketing events, webinars, internal events, and trade shows, ensuring smooth logistics and promotional outreach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, PR, or communications (1-2 years of experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software).
- Experience in creative design (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and creating PowerPoint presentations that are visually appealing and effective.
- Web design experience (basic HTML/CSS knowledge, experience with content management systems like WordPress, Squarespace, etc.).
- Experience managing LinkedIn and social media accounts to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A creative mindset with a passion for marketing, communications, and innovation.
Desired Skills
- Experience in Mailchimp and Salesforce would be beneficial.
- Experience with product marketing, PR strategy, or brand management is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience supporting internal communications and employee engagement activities.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a team-player mentality.
