Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive, and creative Marketing & PR professional to support the brand side of a luxury creative business. This short-term role is perfect for someone sparky, hands-on and skilled at turning ideas into action. You'll help bring the brand's partnerships and projects to life, taking ownership of production, organisation, and follow-ups while contributing to the creative side of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing marketing and PR initiatives across multiple partnerships and campaigns
Organise, plan and coordinate projects and brand activations from start to finish
Manage timelines, schedules and follow-ups to ensure smooth delivery of projects
Liaise with partners, collaborators and external agencies
Support creative development, providing input and ideas for campaigns, events and collaborations
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support marketing and PR activities

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in marketing, PR, or brand support (agency or in-house experience desirable)
Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative and proactive with a "can-do" attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to follow up, coordinate and deliver projects on time
Confident operating independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment
