The Role
You will be working closely with the Marketing Executive to help keep marketing campaigns running smoothly, help to implement strategies, monitor customer enquiries & build relationships with customers.
Your role will involve:
Campaign implementation & Tracking
Work with the Marketing Executive to build and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, exhibitions and targeted industries.
Track enquiries, lead quality and campaign results, reporting regularly to your manager.
Support internal projects including creating new sales resources.
Support the creation of email campaigns such as content creation, design and maintaining high quality mailing lists encouraging customer retention and lead generation.
Partner Support
Maintain relationships with our distributors and partners, ensuring they always have the latest product information and marketing resources.
Communicate updates to keep them engaged and informed.
Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales
To be the pre-sales contact. When an enquiry first comes in, you will be the first point of contact to speak to them to gain the relevant information and start to build a relationship before passing the customer over to the account manager.
If this is for a standard product, then you will be required to quote them directly to ensure an efficient output for the customer.
Add and update leads in Salesforce to ensue accurate and up to date records.
Monitor and manage the Sales email inbox, ensuring all enquiries and general emails are responded to or passed to the relevant department for action.
Encourage and manage the collection of Google reviews
Listen to customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Content Creation
Write and create engaging content including case studies and blogs.
Work with the team to gather information and create visuals for marketing materials.
Any other tasks appropriate to support the Marketing and Sales functions and to improve the performance of the business when required.
