Overview



We are seeking a proactive and commercially-minded Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team and drive the strategy and execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is central to building brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the overall commercial objectives of the business. You will be responsible for managing campaigns across the full marketing mix and providing data-driven insights to optimise performance.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the primary liaison for on-site promotional activities, requiring the ability to cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with partner companies' HR departments to secure and execute marketing efforts. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, print, events) to meet business goals. Create, write, and proofread engaging marketing copy for a range of materials, including website content, blogs, press releases, and promotional collateral. Manage and optimise the company's digital presence, including website content, SEO, social media channels, and email marketing. Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy. Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, providing clear insights and recommendations to management. Work closely with in-house teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Design) and external agencies to ensure cohesive and timely delivery of projects. Manage marketing budgets and track expenditure to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI). Coordinate and represent the company at industry events, conferences, or exhibitions as required.

Qualifications



A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent Level 4 qualification) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is highly desirable. Professional qualification from a recognised body such as the

Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)

or the

Institute of Data and Marketing (IDM)

is advantageous (e.g., CIM Certificate or Diploma).

Experience



Proven experience 3 years working within a professional marketing environment. Demonstrable track record of successfully planning, executing, and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns. Solid experience with digital marketing tools, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience in copywriting and content creation for various platforms. A strong understanding of the full marketing mix and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.

(written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Strong commercial awareness

and business acumen. Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. High level of proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office suite. Creative mindset with a meticulous eye for detail and quality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Pay: From 13.50 per hour
