Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing/Project Executive to support the delivery of marketing projects in the tourism and visitor attraction sector.

This is a fantastic development opportunity for someone with some marketing experience or knowledge, looking to build their skills in project management, client services, and campaign delivery. Working closely with senior team members, you'll help manage timelines, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth execution of high-quality campaigns. You'll also support clients, cultural and tourism organisations across the UK, by using AI tools to gather and analyse data, uncover insights, and translate them into clear, actionable reports.

This hands-on role offers exposure to both strategic and operational marketing within a collaborative, ideas-driven team committed to helping visitor attractions connect with their audiences and grow.

Duties

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and notes to support smooth project delivery. Maintain project trackers, timelines, and workflows, and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met. Organise and maintain project resources, documentation, and shared systems for easy access and collaboration. Provide administrative support, including preparing client updates, reports, and internal documentation. Draft and schedule marketing content, including ads, blog posts, and newsletters, for tourism and visitor attraction audiences. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand guidelines. Use AI and data tools to gather, analyse, and interpret campaign data and audience insights. Identify trends and performance metrics, and support the creation of clear, actionable client reports and presentations. Assist with client communication, ensuring queries and requests are handled professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

1-2 years of marketing experience, or a relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A proactive and highly organised individual who takes initiative and can keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot inconsistencies, follow up on outstanding tasks, and maintain high standards across all work. Excellent time management, able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast past environment. A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others to solve problems, share ideas, and contribute to collective success. Eagerness to learn and grow, with a positive attitude toward feedback, training, and trying new tools or processes. Comfortable using or learning project management tools, shared drives, and content scheduling platforms. An interest in marketing, digital content, and the tourism or cultural sector, with a curiosity about how campaigns engage real-world audiences. Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing project needs, team priorities, or client requests. A solutions focused mindset - someone who doesn't just raise challenges, but helps find ways forward.
