Damteq is one of the most experienced Growth Marketing Agencies in Hampshire. We are confident in our ability to deliver complex marketing and business growth strategies that others can't. Our clients know us to be approachable, super-friendly and responsive. We can do marketing that others can't, so we have clients working with us repeatedly.
Our Culture
Our people are the biggest asset and that's why some of the best companies choose to work with us. The Human Way isn't just our trademark; it's the only way at Damteq. Our core values are centred around just being lovely people. We're a super friendly and honest bunch and love to have a bit of fun (especially on Fridays!).
Who you are
The role suits someone who has worked in a digital marketing agency and thrives on building strong client relationships. You enjoy being the main point of contact and take pride in delivering clear, regular updates that help clients feel confident in their campaigns. You're proactive, positive, and not afraid to get stuck in when deadlines are tight. You're confident leading meetings, managing client expectations, and working with SEO, PPC and UX teams to align on KPIs and strategy. You're organised, solutions-focused and always thinking one step ahead to keep projects moving and clients happy.
What you'll do
As a Marketing Project Manager, you'll be the go-to person for all marketing clients, leading communication across SEO, PPC and UX projects. You'll manage onboarding, run discovery sessions, and support the creation of campaign strategies. You'll host monthly reporting meetings, keep clients updated, and identify ways to improve results or grow accounts. You'll work closely with internal teams to manage KPIs, track performance, and solve any issues before they escalate. You'll also help manage team workload, check the quality of deliverables, and make sure projects stay on track and within budget.
