Company and Role Overview



Soho Electrical Group is seeking a highly organised and creative Marketing Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of all marketing projects and campaigns across its portfolio of brands, including its flagship luxury lighting brand Soho Lighting and its innovative technical engineering sister brand Enkin.

This role sits at the heart of the marketing function, bringing our brands to life through beautifully executed campaigns, photoshoots, events, and retail displays. You will collaborate closely with all key stakeholders across the business in the marketing, design, operations, sales and ecommerce to ensure every project required is delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys managing complex projects, and takes pride in transforming creative ideas into seamless, well-executed campaigns that strengthen brand presence.

Purpose of the Role



To manage project timelines, budgets, production schedules, and logistics across all marketing initiatives. Acting as the central point of coordination between creative, marketing, and operational teams, you will ensure smooth communication, efficient workflow, and consistent delivery of high-quality marketing collateral across all brands.

Key Responsibilities



Content:


Project manage all photography and videography shoots, coordinating product sourcing, travel, logistics, schedules, and stakeholder communication to ensure each production runs smoothly and delivers high-quality content on time and to brief.

Product Imagery:


Act as the central link between the product development ecommerce and marketing teams, managing timelines, briefs, and deliverables to ensure all photography and video content supporting product launches and improvement of existing product imagery is planned, produced, delivered, and correctly stored within the digital asset management system for easy access by the wider marketing team.

Retail:


Coordinate the planning and delivery of all retail space installations in both existing and new locations, supporting the Creative Director in bringing their vision to life. Organise timelines, logistics, and supplier coordination to ensure each space is installed efficiently and reflects brand standards. Manage the ongoing upkeep and presentation of retail displays to maintain consistency and quality across all locations.

Events and Activations:


Project manage and coordinate all brand events, including product launches, press previews, in-store activations, business development pitches and trade fairs. Oversee event logistics, suppliers, and partners to ensure seamless setup, delivery, and breakdown. Work closely with operations and sales teams to ensure the correct products are ordered, prepared, and displayed to the highest standard, with all items effectively restocked and accounted for after each event. Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure every event is delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.

Print Collateral:


Coordinate and manage the planning, production, and delivery of all offline marketing campaigns, including brochures, point-of-sale materials, direct mail, and other printed collateral. Act as the key link between the internal creative team and external suppliers to ensure all materials are accurately briefed, produced on brand, delivered on schedule, and meet the highest quality standards.

External Partners:


Project manage and coordinate the work of external creative partners supporting the marketing team, including photographers, videographers, stylists, printers, graphic designers, 3D designers, and event suppliers. Ensure all collaborators are clearly briefed, aligned with brand objectives, and deliver high-quality work on time, within scope, and to the required standard.

Project Management Key Notes:


-Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and approval workflows across all marketing initiatives.
-Act as the central link between external suppliers and the internal creative team, ensuring all deliverables are clearly briefed, on brand, and completed within scope and deadline.
-Manage budgets, schedules, and post-event evaluations to ensure all campaigns deliver measurable ROI.
-Refine internal processes to enhance efficiency, communication, and collaboration across teams via post-project reporting and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
-Track and report on project progress, identifying potential risks or delays and implementing corrective actions.
-Ensure all marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards.

Skills and Experience



Proven experience managing marketing, production, or creative projects within a premium retail, interiors, or design-led brand.

Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple overlapping deadlines.

Practical understanding of production processes for photography, print, and events.

Proactive and hands-on, with a passion for design, interiors, and premium branding.
