The Role: Marketing Project Manager
We are searching for a dynamic, organised, data nerd and creative Marketing Project Manager who can manage marketing operations across multiple brands, ensure rapid execution, and keep all marketing outputs on track and high-quality.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role.

Your Responsibilities
Project & Campaign Management
Lead weekly marketing sprints across all Faces brands.
Translate ideas into clear briefs, tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate across remote and hybrid marketing teams.
Ensure projects move fast -- and hit deadlines consistently.
Branding & Creative Oversight
Maintain brand consistency across clinic, training, pharmacy, and SaaS.
Review, approve, and improve creative output (UGC, ads, graphics, landing pages).
Support designers, videographers, and creators with hands-on creative input.
Reporting & Data Insights
You will produce clear weekly/monthly reports across:
SEO performance
Social media & content metrics
UGC performance
Ad performance (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Campaign launches & results
Workflow reports and sprint completion
Key conversion and growth KPIs
Organisation & File Management
Create structured, organised marketing folders and naming conventions.
Maintain easy-to-navigate creative libraries and campaign assets.
Use monday.com project management
Team Leadership
Manage multiple marketing specialists, creators, and freelancers.
Run daily/weekly syncs to keep everyone aligned and accountable.
Provide feedback and direction with clarity and confidence.
Managing in-house and remote team
You're Perfect for This Role If You Are:

Able to work across multiple brands simultaneously

Essential Skills
Marketing project management experience
Strong understanding of brand, digital marketing, and content
Experience running sprints, workflows, and multi-team collaboration
Comfortable with reporting, dashboards, analytics, and insights
Hands-on creative skills (ideas, concepts, feedback loops)
Ability to manage UGC creators, designers, and paid media specialists
Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment
Bonus Skills
Experience in aesthetics, beauty, health or SaaS
Basic design/editing skills
Understanding of conversion funnels & CRM flows
