Mamba Marketing is a fast-paced and growing marketing agency based in Cwmbran. We produce high-performing email, SMS and paid social campaigns for a range of clients. We're looking for a proactive

Marketing Quality Coordinator

to join our team and help elevate the quality of our communications, campaigns and internal processes.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you'll work closely with the full marketing team. You'll be the final quality checkpoint before client content goes live and a key driver in improving communication standards across the agency.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing and signing off

email campaigns, SMS copy and Meta ads

Checking

links, creatives, tracking and campaign assets

Supporting the team in maintaining high quality and consistency Monitoring and responding to

client Slack channels

Ensuring all client questions are acknowledged promptly and professionally Helping improve team communication and workflow accuracy Collaborating with designers, media buyers and account managers daily

What We're Looking For

Strong written English and excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with a hands-on, team-focused approach Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once Experience in marketing, content QA or coordination (preferred but not essential) Comfortable using Slack and digital tools Someone who enjoys being involved, improving processes and raising standards
