Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Oversee social media management across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Utilise SEO best practices to optimise website content and improve search engine rankings. Create compelling copy for digital campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships. Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads; prepare reports with actionable insights. Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively. Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop and manage website updates via WordPress. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within B2B marketing sectors. Lead project management efforts to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans while maintaining organisational efficiency.

Requirements



Proven experience in management, project management, or related roles within a marketing environment. Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and email marketing platforms. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and derive strategic insights. Exceptional copywriting skills with an understanding of B2B marketing principles. Effective communication skills in English; capable of articulating ideas clearly across diverse audiences. Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage cross-functional collaborations. IT literacy with a keen eye for detail and creativity in content development.
