Marketing and Sales Administrator
, reporting to the Marketing & Sales Manager.
Salary commensurate with experience.
The role could be full-time or part-time (4 days).
Required skills and experience
Will suit a recent graduate with some marketing experience
Design experience
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Comfortable with creating presentations, creative thinking, data analysis and teamwork
Ability to multitask and take initiative
Conversant with social media content production
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A driving licence
Preferred
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or a related field
Some experience working in a marketing/sales/retail/events environment
An understanding of brand communications, e-commerce and online marketing
A love of books
Nice to haves
An interest in cars/motorsport
Experience of publishing
Responsibilities
Support the Marketing and Sales department in the implementation of book launches, marketing campaigns and events
Uphold the Porter Press brand guidelines in all communications
Manage social media: content production, calendar and evaluation
Provide administrative support, including project scheduling, customer database management, collation of sales and marketing analytics, tracking competitor activity, print and digital asset management
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Build and nurture relationships with Car Clubs
Provide high quality customer service for telephone and email enquiries
