We are looking for a committed individual with experience in marketing, sales and customer service to join our team as a

Marketing & Sales Assistant

in our Enfield office. This role consists of

recruiting businesses for free advertisement

.

Responsibilities:

Creating strategies to increase brand awareness.

Explaining our business model to businesses.

Working with the marketing team on lead generation.

Developing persuasive approaches to build relationships with businesses.

Influencing and negotiating with others.

Developing persuasive approaches.

Making phone calls and visiting businesses in person.

Setting and achieving targets aligned to the company's objectives.

Traveling anywhere in the UK.

The role includes the above tasks, but are not limited to them as they can be updated based on the demands of a rapid growing organization.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field.

Work experience in similar roles.

Confidence and persuasion.

Sales and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and driven by targets.

Accountable to work independently or as part of a team.

Capable of working under pressure, multitasking and managing time efficiently.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 11,000.00-18,000.00 per year
