Role Summary



We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to provide support across marketing, sales, and showroom administration. This role will work closely with the Sales Director and Installations Manager to increase showroom footfall, generate new leads, grow sales, and assist with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, manage and deliver marketing campaigns (social media, email, local advertising). Maintain and update the company website and promotional content. Monitor, track and report on marketing campaign performance monthly. Generate project leads for the Sales Director and Installations Manager to convert. Deliver showroom promotions, maintain displays, and coordinate seasonal campaigns. Manage CRM, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups. Support lead generation and customer engagement activities. Assist the Installations Manager with supplier communications and chasing materials. Help maintain accurate job records, documentation and project timelines. Provide light administrative support within the showroom. Support the sales team in developing supply-only sales opportunities.

Skills and Experience



Previous experience in a marketing or sales environment where there was a requirement to produce marketing material. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. Excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proactive, adaptable, and customer focused. Confident working independently and collaboratively. Full UK Driving Licence.

What We Offer



15,000 - 17,500 (depending on experience) + benefits. 20 hours per week, with some flexibility available. A supportive team environment. The opportunity to contribute to the growth of a local business.
