Now, we're looking for a
Sales Manager
who can help us grow by bringing in new B2B clients and building partnerships with other creative agencies.
The Role
You'll be at the front line of our growth -- generating new business, nurturing relationships, and showcasing our agency's creative power.
Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (restaurants, retailers, service brands, etc.)
Arrange and attend meetings (virtual or in-person) with decision-makers
Build partnerships with
other marketing and creative agencies
that could benefit from outsourcing content creation or ad management to us
Present our service packages confidently and close deals
Maintain CRM records and follow up strategically
Collaborate with our content and ad teams to deliver client-ready proposals
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
sales or business development
, ideally in
marketing, creative, or digital services
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A strong understanding of social media, content creation, and paid advertising
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in cold outreach
Ability to work independently while coordinating with a creative team
