Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Science Manager to join our friendly and collaborative team. Reporting to the Associate Director, Planning and Addressability Strategy, you will support all three core disciplines -Planning & Addressability, Marketing Analytics, and Insights & Effectiveness- where this role will be key to promoting collaboration and maintaining strong cohesion ensuring our Marketing Science collective success. This strategic role offers full visibility of Marketing Science projects and is ideal for professionals with experience in media and marketing who are analytical, strategic, and eager to develop in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Science Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless operation and ongoing development of the Marketing Science team and its projects. This is a dynamic and varied position, requiring you to manage multiple projects and build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will adapt as the business evolves, with a focus on enabling team success and delivering value across all areas.
Key responsibilities include:
Team Support & Coordination:
You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the Marketing Science function, fostering a friendly yet professional team culture. This involves facilitating communication, coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, supporting knowledge sharing across the team and generally contributing to leadership initiatives within the team. You will play a key role in building a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Planning & Addressability:
Support the implementation of audience strategies and planning frameworks that drive marketing effectiveness for our clients. This includes liaising with data partners, onboarding and managing data workflows while contributing with designing cross-channel audience approaches, strategic sessions and innovative targeting solutions to support planning teams and business roadmaps.
Marketing Analytics:
Contribute to analytics projects by helping to translate data into actionable insights and automated solutions that maximise advertising outcomes. You will support the development of analysis that uncover predictive insights and recommendations, ensuring these are clearly communicated to both internal and external stakeholders.
Insights & Effectiveness:
Evangelise our measurement offering and advocate for the appropriate use of our suite of tools and leading the delivery of campaign effectiveness solutions with our measurement partners. Contributing to industry-leading research and best practices.
