Marketing & Social Media Creator

Location: Flexible across our Little Years Nurseries (York & Ryedale)

Hours: Part-time / Flexible

At Little Years Nurseries, everything we do is about creating magical moments for children and families. We're now looking for a Marketing & Social Media Creator to help us share those moments with the wider world.

This is a brand-new role, perfect for someone who loves storytelling, design, and digital creativity. You'll play a key part in shaping the Little Years voice online--from capturing everyday nursery life to designing engaging campaigns that showcase our values: Family, Excellence, Development.

What you'll be doing

Creating engaging social media content (images, reels, stories, blogs, newsletters).

Developing and updating our website to keep it fresh, engaging, and easy for families to use.

Showcasing nursery life in a way that reflects our warm, family-first ethos.

Supporting marketing campaigns, family events, and community engagement.

Keeping our social media, website, and communications consistently on-brand.

Helping families discover Little Years through creative storytelling.

We're looking for someone who...

Is creative, curious, and loves telling stories through photos, video, and words.

Understands Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Enjoys design and can use Canva or similar tools.

Has an eye for web content and is confident updating/developing websites

Can balance creativity with organisation--planning content calendars as well as creating.

Is excited to bring new ideas to a growing, values-driven nursery group.
