Job Summary



Are you an organized, tech-savvy professional with a knack for marketing, organisation and social media management?

We're seeking Marketing and Social Media Support to join our team. In this versatile role, you'll support both the operational and marketing functions of the business, playing a key part in driving efficiency and engagement across all channels.

Responsibilities

Content and Social Media Engagement:



Assist in the creation of written, visual, and video content for social media platforms. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Monitor social media trends to help craft engaging campaigns.

Marketing Tools and Technology:



Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, email campaigns, and data analysis. Utilize social media tools to schedule, monitor, and report on performance. Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing tools and technologies to improve processes.

Proposal and Presentation Development:



Create, format, and polish business proposals that align with brand guidelines alongside the sales team Collaborate with team members to ensure materials are accurate, engaging, and visually appealing.

Spreadsheet Management:



Build and maintain spreadsheets for tracking key data and metrics. Analyse data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency where possible.

Support in Campaigns and Projects:



Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and events. Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing post-campaign reports. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Office Administration Support:



Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office organization. Coordinating meetings with clients and contacts. Maintain files, records, and databases to ensure seamless operations. Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative needs.

Requirements



Experience in a marketing / social media support role. B2B tech, software or SaaS experience is essential Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and / or Google Docs and online presentation tools. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Plannable, HubSpot, AI tools). Knowledge of social media management and content creation across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc... Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. A proactive mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
