Join Our Clients Team as a Marketing Sourcing Manager!
Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in the dynamic world of Financial Technology? Our client, a global leader in payment solutions, is seeking a talented Marketing Sourcing Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 months. With a competitive salary starting at 65,000pa, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
Location: Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Halifax, or Leeds (Hybrid: Office-based a minimum of 2 days a week)
Contract Type: 6 months
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)

Key Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Sourcing Manager, you will be instrumental in:

• Developing and implementing category strategies and sourcing activities.

• Managing supplier relationships to drive costs down and deliver maximum value.

• Providing professional expertise and advice to stakeholders to promote sourcing best practises.

• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with sourcing policies.

• Collaborating across teams to implement effective supplier governance.

What You'll Bring:
We're looking for candidates with:

• Experience in marketing sourcing and a working knowledge of SAP Ariba.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.

• A knack for project management and peer mentoring.

• Attention to detail, prioritisation, and adaptability.

• Relevant procurement and supply qualifications, with financial and regulated setting experience being a plus.
