The role

We're looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to take day-to-day responsibility for our digital and social channels, content strategy and creation. You'll lead on developing content, engaging with our audiences, and helping us deliver a consistent 5-star customer journey. Key responsibilities

Manage and grow Improveasy's brand presence across multiple digital and social media channels. Develop, schedule, and publish unique content that get spark conversation, inspire sharing and keep audiences engaged to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor social media activity, trends and respond to comments and messages promptly. Develop, monitor and drive our lead generation campaigns. Provide insights and bring fresh ideas to the team, that fuel smarter content and creative campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives, supporting both internal and external goals. Support our public relations strategy by sharing company news, events and initiatives across social media.

Skills & experience

Passionate about marketing, social media, and delivering a 5 customer experience.
Analytically minded and with a focus on achieving results. You will have the confidence to use your initiative, energy and enthusiasm to make an impact

A proactive self-starter, you are adaptable with a willingness to try new ideas and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, evolving environment. Deep understanding of key social media channels, management tools, and content hubs and familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools. Strong communicator with a creative mindset and ability to create compelling copy and able to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams. Experience in supporting events and exhibitions would also be desirable. Interest in green energy, renewables, and sustainability is a strong advantage. Previous experience in marketing is essential with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar is desirable.
