Guidance Marine is a leading provider of position reference sensors for Dynamic Positioning (DP) and vessel control systems. As we enter a new era as a standalone company, we are strengthening our marketing capabilities to drive growth, communicate our purpose, and showcase our innovation.

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist who thrives on variety, combining creative design, digital execution, communications, and campaign management to make an impact both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

Oversee project management for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Designing visually compelling print and digital marketing materials Creation of engaging, clear, and technically accurate written copy across all channels. Company website management, ensuring content is SEO-optimised. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to publish product updates, case studies, and news. Lead social media management efforts, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and is informed by analytics and feedback. Internal communications, including supporting internal engagement activities during Guidance Marine's transition period. Plan and manage logistics for both external and in-house events, working closely with Sales, agencies, and vendors to ensure high-quality representation at events.

Requirements

Proven experience in a broad marketing role, preferably within a B2B or technical industry environment. Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone and technical accuracy. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and operational teams. Website content management experience. Understanding of SEO principles, analytics, and lead generation strategies. Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and HubSpot. Video editing or motion graphics skills are desirable. Demonstrable experience of managing corporate social medica channels, especially LinkedIn.
