We are looking for a hard-working individual to work within our busy marketing department and assist other team members as needed. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing client projects from brief to delivery, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. Acting as a day-to-day contact, you will build strong client relationships, provide clear updates, and confidently coordinate activity across stakeholders and suppliers. You will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, contribute creative ideas, and keep projects organised and on track. We're looking for someone who is proactive, confident, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to the overall success of the team.
We need a super organised individual who can multi-task with ease and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. We would ideally be looking for a candidate with access to a vehicle.
Phone and email etiquette needs to be extremely refined as we pride ourselves in our ability to communicate effectively and with impact at all times. The successful candidate will also need to be able to work under pressure. We must stress, this is a busy working environment.
Responsibilities
Delivering strategic and hands-on marketing campaigns that align with client and business objectives.
Building and managing influencer, partner, and stakeholder relationships to maximise brand reach and impact.
Managing large-scale activations from concept to delivery.
Creating high-quality, audience-focused content across digital and social platforms.
Managing social media activity -- scheduling, engagement, and performance monitoring -- to grow audiences and protect brand reputation.
Translating strategy into clear implementation plans, ensuring on-time, high-standard delivery.
Overseeing external suppliers and agencies, ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines are met.
Producing clear, data-led client reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Maintaining impeccable attention to detail, with flawless spelling, grammar, and brand consistency.
Staying ahead of industry trends and innovations to enhance campaigns and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in SEO techniques and tools, as well as Google Ads management.
Excellent analytical skills to assess campaign performance using Google Analytics.
Strong copywriting abilities with a keen eye for detail in content creation.
Proficient in social media management across various platforms.
Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
