We are looking for a bilingual

Marketing Specialist

to join our growing team. In addition to managing marketing campaigns, you will also assist in the local execution of our clients' UK market entry, including supporting business setup, operations coordination, and localisation. This role is ideal for someone who understands both Asian and British business environments and is ready to take on a hands-on, multi-functional position.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels Conduct market and customer research to inform strategy and execution Create and localise bilingual content (English & Chinese) for various platforms Manage social media and influencer collaborations Support local market entry activities, including assisting clients with: Setting up UK business entities or local offices Coordinating logistics, partnerships, and supplier communications Understanding compliance and operational requirements Serve as a communication bridge between Asian clients and UK-based stakeholders Monitor performance and deliver reports with insights and optimisation suggestions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) - written and spoken Strong knowledge of digital marketing and cross-border branding Excellent project coordination and communication skills Familiarity with UK business environment or startup processes is a plus Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, multicultural setting
