We are seeking an enthusiastic and agile Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. In this pivotal all-rounder role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing initiatives across various channels, helping to manage and accelerate our growth in the UK and Middle East, with content creation, social media presence, and event logistics core to the role. You will also have the unique opportunity to contribute directly to our international growth efforts, particularly in the Middle East with a focus on Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational marketing experience eager to take on diverse responsibilities and develop their skills within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, office based role in Ealing Broadway, London.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship via the Skilled Worker Visa route due to current government requirements.
Key Responsibilities;
International Growth Support (Middle East Focus):
Lead growth campaigns and product marketing initiatives in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential partners in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia.
Assist in tailoring marketing materials and communications for specific regional audiences.
Support initiatives aimed at building brand presence and generating new leads and opportunities in new international markets.
Content Creation & Management:
Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for various platforms, including website articles, blog posts, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Assist with the development and writing of case studies and success stories.
Support the drafting and submission of industry awards applications.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Social Media Management:
Develop and schedule engaging content for our social media channels.
Monitor social media trends and engage with our audience, responding to comments and messages.
Track social media performance and provide insights for optimisation.
Events Support & Logistics:
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events i.e., trade shows & exhibitions.
Manage event logistics.
Support event follow-up activities, such as lead capture and post-event communications.
General Marketing Support:
Assist with developing and acting on new growth and lead generation/qualification strategies.
Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with various ad-hoc marketing tasks and projects as required.
Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to develop marketing materials.
Support with administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Science, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Understanding and/or experience with leading growth or lead-gen campaigns.
Experience or strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation for business.
An understanding of content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
Experience/interest in international markets, particularly the Middle East, is highly desirable.
Experience in the healthcare / healthtech fields is not necessary but will be highly beneficial.

Once we have screened CVs we will reach out for a quick 5-10 minute call to find out a little more about you and confirm logistics.
The next stage is a 15-20 minute video call with the hiring manager and member of the HR team.
Our final stage is an in person interview, usually with a task to prepare and present back to the panel.
