We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel marketing strategies. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage TikTok
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (social media & Google Ads).
Assist with local PR, partnerships, and events to boost restaurant visibility.
Support email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Track performance and suggest improvements to maximize results.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing for hospitality, restaurants, or cafes.
Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging content.
Knowledge of social media algorithms, paid advertising, and analytics.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Passion for plant-based food and sustainability is a plus.
