Job Description

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for working closely with the Senior Manager to build, deliver and evaluate aligned multi-channel go-to-market strategies for the UK business
Manage key programmes and adapt global and regional campaigns for the UK market
Work with channel teams to plan and prioritise integrated marketing programmes across owned, paid, and earned channels.
Lead partnership activity across paid and organic channels, analysing performance and delivering case studies that build awareness and generate leads.
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and executing UK specialism marketing plans, working with local stakeholders and channel teams.
Monitor performance, provide reporting and insights, and recommend optimisations to stakeholders.
Act as the UK digital lead, collaborating with regional digital and global web teams to maximise UK performance and ensure website accuracy.
Provide marketing performance reporting to UK leadership, share best practices, and conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Digital experience essential including knowledge of website, paid media, paid social and other digital activities
Knowledge of CRM best practices including audience segmentation
