The Role

We're searching for a proactive Marketing Specialist to own and drive our marketing activity. This isn't just about posting on social media, we need someone who can plan, create, and deliver marketing that wins us work, builds our reputation, and showcases what we do best.

What You'll Do

Create and manage engaging content across our social media channels. Build and deliver monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns Coordinate photos, videos, and case studies of live projects Manage our website, blog content, and SEO to generate quality enquiries Run Google Business posts, collect reviews, and support online reputation management Support award submissions, PR opportunities, and local networking events Track enquiries, conversions, and marketing ROI - reporting back with results
What We're Looking For

3+ years' marketing experience (ideally construction, property, or B2C services) Strong social media and digital marketing skills Confident with content creation, and SEO basics Creative storyteller with strong copywriting and visual skills Self-starter who can work independently and manage deadlines Available 2-3 days a week on a freelance or part-time basis.
