We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic

Marketing Specialist

to support our marketing activities in the UK & Europe.

You will work closely with our talented marketing team, collaborating with colleagues in the UK and Europe. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to make an impact and gain valuable experience in a collaborative, international team. You will be Level B2 in English and either

German, Polish or French

for this position.



You will be based within travelling distance of one of our plants.



This is a great opportunity if you are looking to start your career in marketing or take the next step in your marketing career. You will have a degree within a marketing related field or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the

Marketing Manager

to develop and execute marketing strategies and go-to-market plans. Support plant-level staff in understanding and addressing local marketing needs, including lead generation, brand awareness, and training initiatives. Translate marketing content and adapt materials for our regions whilst ensuring consistent messaging across the broader European market. Manage and optimise the local website (WordPress), ensuring best practices for SEO, content localisation, and user experience. Leverage

Google Analytics

and

Google Ads

for data-driven marketing campaigns, and work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to optimise ad performance. Utilise the company's inbound digital marketing platform (paid search, social media, content marketing) to support local and regional campaigns. Execute and support outbound marketing initiatives, including trade shows, LinkedIn, networking events, and local advertising. Use

Marketing Cloud

to manage email campaigns and customer communication, ensuring effective and engaging touchpoints. Work with

Salesforce.com

to manage and nurture leads as they progress through the marketing/sales funnel, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales teams. Assist in creating and adapting sales toolkits for our regions, including case studies, presentations, drip campaigns, flyers, email templates, and social media content. Collaborate on

graphic design projects

by creating or adapting marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets to align with local market needs and brand guidelines.
