The Opportunity
Adobe's Marketing team specialising in postsecondary education steers Adobe's worldwide marketing strategies for brands such as Adobe Express, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat in the higher education sector. This is an outstanding chance to compose impactful marketing strategies for education clients, partnering closely with a world-class sales team to meet revenue goals. You will identify marketing opportunities and implement flawless programs and events to support new acquisitions and develop institutional engagement post-acquisition.
What you'll Do
Collaborate with Sales on account plans, marketing strategy, and customer programs for high-priority accounts.
Global collaboration
Develop and implement global EDU Marketing campaigns to attract new leads from targeted accounts for Adobe products across the United Kingdom and Europe.
Own the execution of plans including planning, logistics, event management, budget management, lead management and distribution, and follow-up strategies.
Partner with Business Unit teams to build institution-facing awareness campaigns that drive engagement and usage of Adobe tools across departments.
Present results visually and verbally to a diverse group of collaborators on a quarterly basis and share insights with colleagues throughout the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of B2B marketing with proven account-based or enterprise marketing knowledge and skills.
Creative approach to overcoming obstacles, innovative solutions, and perseverance to see projects through to success.
Outstanding communication skills - both orally and visually - to prepare and present plans and results in customer-facing scenarios.
Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in multi-channel marketing, focusing on executive-level events and scalable digital demand generation programs.
Proficient with data-driven campaign analysis and end-to-end campaign delivery.
Knowledge of marketing to the academic sector in the UK and EMEA.
