Marketing Strategist

Location: London

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa325,000 per annum

Job type: Full-time \xe2\x80\x93 permanent

Working hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm IST, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday

Experience: 2 to 3 years (Freshers are welcome)

Our client is a UK headquartered asset management company targeting opportunities arising from the bidirectional flow of capital between the UK and India. Founded in 2007, they now employ over 100 people, with a wealth of experience in the industries in which they operate, these include, fintech, hospitality, construction and fund management.

The leadership team consists of Indian and British corporate executives with blue chip investment backgrounds, real estate and finance skills who are based in the UK, India and Gibraltar and who speak local languages and have a strong network on the ground.

The Role

The company are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join their dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance the online presence, engage with the target audience, and drive brand awareness. You will play a crucial role in expanding their digital footprint and promoting their services across various social media platforms. Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, brochures, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Social Media Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter. Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and track performance metrics.
Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences. Provide analytics and monthly reports.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organising meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining marketing materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of asset management and financial industry trends.
  • Proven experience as a marketing associate or a similar role.
  • Experience in supervising external marketing agencies and vendors.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software.
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge about HubSpot & any CRM tool will be an added advantage
