Job Description

As a Marketing Supervisor, you will oversee the execution of marketing strategies across multiple locations within a designated region, coordinate local marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and ensure brand consistency. This role involves collaborating with sales and retail teams to drive regional growth, optimize campaign performance, and maintain alignment with corporate objectives.

Job Responsibility:



Responsible for communication and coordination with the headquarters marketing team, such as determining the launch schedule for new products, selecting launch channels, marketing communication plans. Develop and execute marketing plans based on the characteristics and needs of the UK market, including brand promotion and product marketing. Gain a deep understanding of the latest trends in the e-cigarette industry and layout the UK region's SKE brand marketing strategy from a brand perspective. Plan and execute marketing strategies, including market analysis, competitive strategy, and brand positioning. Plan and execute online/offline marketing events to increase brand awareness and market share. Responsible for project management, coordinating resources across departments, and leading/implementing/supporting/overseeing/post-morteming the launch and integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, serving as the primary contact point for business affairs. Collect market and competitor information, conduct data analysis, and provide support for marketing decision-making.

Job Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong understanding of brand marketing practices across various industries; exposure in FMCG and the nicotine industry is highly preferred. Deep understanding of brand building, marketing strategies, and consumer insights. Strong strategic thinking and innovation capabilities, with a keen ability to identify industry trends. Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence applications, with a data-driven decision-making approach. Strong customer service mindset and business acumen. Fluent English is required. To better communicate with the headquarter, good command of Mandarin is preferred. Hold a valid driver's license and own a vehicle for travel.
