Marketing Team Lead

to help us expand our market presence and make our brand shine globally.

About the team




You'll be leading a marketing team of 3, working closely with colleagues from product, sales, and leadership. Together, your mission is to strengthen the Samotics brand, launch impactful campaigns, and clearly communicate the value of our technology--both to our current customers and the wider industrial world.

Your challenge




As our

Marketing Team Lead

, you'll take ownership of our global communications and brand presence. You'll drive strategy, execution, and alignment while mentoring your team along the way.


What you'll do:

Lead and coach a team of three (2 working students & 1 senior marketer) Shape and execute our media strategy, PR, and communications strategy Develop and manage integrated campaigns across global and regional markets Ensure brand consistency across all channels (visual identity, tone of voice, messaging) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market efforts Manage external partners (PR agencies, freelancers, etc.) Support event planning and execution across key verticals and regions Track performance and iterate based on insights and feedback

What you'll bring



5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in a B2B setting Background in industries such as engineering, logistics, or supply chain--or the ability to market complex B2B solutions Proven track record in media, PR, and communications strategy Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills Experience organizing or supporting events (virtual or in-person) A collaborative mindset and self-starter mentality
