ThinkEngine is looking for a driven and dynamic Marketing & Tech Assistant to join our award-winning team. You'll be part of our exciting and growing operations team, who work with our amazing team and global clients on a daily basis. ThinkEngine is an award winning digital marketing and technology agency with exciting plans for the future. You will be working across both ThinkEngine & Cogs (our AI tech software business).

At ThinkEngine we see things differently and offer great flexibility to our team. This year we celebrate a decade of trading. The role is hybrid with three days per week working from our new state-of-the-art office in Shedfield, Southampton and the remaining two days of the week remote based (working from home).

Our B2B clients mainly work across Financial Services, Property/Real Estate, Technology & Sustainability. Our clients can vary in size, from SMEs, to major groups with revenues in excess of $4bln. We are looking for a driven and hard-working individual to come on-board to assist us with daily marketing and administrative operational activities, learn new skills, gain invaluable industry experience and be an integral member of the team.

Duties and responsibilities:

You will be trained to plan, build and develop no-code technology AI software platforms to build the tech of the future, all without a single line of code! Co-ordinate and implement ongoing client tech projects for our growing client base Support our growing business with marketing operations and administrative tasks which are crucial to our business and clients' success Learn, develop and co-ordinariate projects and client tasks via our Task Management software Learn how Analytics platforms work and function, use this to report back to our clients Administration and reporting for our global clients including daily communications Proofreading internal and external content Organise and co-ordinate company events Co-ordinate and produce company content and projects Support with business growth administrative functions Take ownership of our internal CRM solution and ensure it is up-to-date Opportunity to be creative and learn graphic/video marketing & digital marketing platforms/tools to bring variety to the role
It is crucial that you have a basic understanding of marketing so we can help you to improve and learn on your current knowledge. We are looking for a structured individual who wants to put their ideas out there whilst listening to others and working as a team to improve our client's brand and ensure that we hold our value to all clients. You will be a key cog in our business workflow!

Desirable Skills and Attributes:



IT literate - confident with Microsoft/Mac, creative software, task management tools etc. You want to learn new things! Can easily pick up and use modern software. You are a proactive individual with a structured and 'can-do' attitude Trustworthy and loyal team player who works in the best interests of the business Put your ideas across and not be afraid to challenge us - we don't mind! Dependable and structured, with the ability to build and sustain relationships You can cope with a fast-paced environment and can adapt easily You will be provided with a full training programme and all of the tools, skills and knowledge you need to become an all-star administrative and operations leader. If you don't currently hold of the skills needed, then don't worry - we still want to hear from you! Where possible, you will receive ongoing commercial and personal development from the management team. Salary: 24,000 depending on experience
