Job Description

We are seeking a number of skilled and organised Marketing VAs to join our team. You will be responsible for providing support to small businesses with their marketing automation, sales funnels, email marketing, social media and website maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We are an incredibly busy and face paced small team with masses of scope for growth.

There is some flexibility in responsibilites depending on the number of people we hire.
We will also accept applications from freelancers. If you are a freelancer then please include your hourly associate rate in your application and confirm that you are an ICO member and have insurance in place.

Responsibilities

- Assist with client onboarding

- Updating our project management system

- Creating and editing marketing automations and sales funnels using tools such as Kartra, High Level, Kajabi etc.

- Set up and management of email marketing sequences

- Liason with clients to ensure tasks are completed on time and to client requirements.

- Creation of social media assets in Canva and scheduling across multiple platforms.

- Creation of reels and basic video editing

- Sales page creation, website updates, adding blog, forms etc. to websites.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

- Prior experience using a variety of marketing automation and email marketing tools preferable.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week
