Marketing Executive

to lead day-to-day digital marketing across our health brands--driving

social media growth, SEO performance, and demand generation

. You'll create high-quality content, run campaigns end-to-end, and report results that translate to leads, sign-ups and engagement.What you'll do

Plan, create and schedule

social content

(LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook); manage community engagement and

UGC

. Deliver

SEO

: keyword research, on-page optimisation, internal linking, technical hygiene (with devs), and content briefs; grow rankings and organic traffic. Run

email & lifecycle marketing

: build lists/segments, automate journeys, A/B test subject lines and CTAs, improve deliverability/engagement. Support

paid campaigns

(Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn): brief creatives, set up/adapt targeting, track CPL and CAC. Publish and optimise

web content

(WordPress): landing pages, blogs, case studies; ensure accessibility and brand consistency. Create fast, on-brand

assets

(Canva/Adobe) for posts, ads, decks and events. Track, analyse and report performance (GA4, GSC, ad platforms, CRM), turning insights into action. Coordinate

PR/partnerships

with clinicians, VCSE partners and patient champions to amplify news, studies and service launches. Ensure all comms meet

health/clinical and data standards

(tone, claims, consent, GDPR).
What you'll bring

2-4+ years in a hands-on digital marketing role (agency or in-house). Proven results in

social media growth

and

SEO wins

(please bring examples/links). Strong copywriting for web, social and email; confident tailoring for different audiences. Comfortable in

GA4, Google Search Console, Meta/LinkedIn Ads

, email tools (Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot), and

WordPress

. Working knowledge of

basic design

(Canva/Adobe) and

A/B testing

. Data-driven mindset: you set targets, measure, iterate. Nice to have: experience in

NHS/healthcare

, accessibility (WCAG), basic HTML/CSS, marketing automation/CRM (HubSpot), and

UGC

sourcing/management.
