We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proven track record in project management and marketing. This role requires a creative thinker who can effectively manage multiple tasks while ensuring that all events are executed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations. Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery. Develop marketing strategies for events using SEO techniques and B2B marketing approaches. Utilise social media management skills to promote events and engage with target audiences. Conduct analysis of past events to improve future planning and execution. Create compelling copy for event promotions, including email marketing campaigns and social media posts. Use tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics to track event performance and engagement metrics. Design promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and manage content on WordPress platforms. Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for client meetings or internal briefings.

Experience

Proven experience in event management or a related field is essential. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data for informed decision-making. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in B2B marketing is preferred but not essential.
